Included components
- 12 weight plates: four each labeled 2.5 lb, 3.5 lb and 4.5 lb.
- Two dumbbell rods and one padded connecting sleeve.
- Two kettlebell/push-up handles and one kettlebell base.
- Four barbell locking nuts and four kettlebell locking nuts.
The set is advertised as 44 lb total; this is not the weight of each dumbbell. Individual configurations vary with the plates and components fitted.
Component dimensions
- Plate diameters: 6.1 in, 6.8 in and 7.5 in for the 2.5 lb, 3.5 lb and 4.5 lb plates respectively.
- Dumbbell rod length: 20 in.
