We are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent, fair shopping experience for all our customers.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and refunds in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return Rules Summary

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Store Credit Only

All approved returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method will be issued, except where required by law.

Store credit will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase at 24hoursport.com.

Store credit is issued in the form of a digital gift card and is non-transferable.
Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Used items, opened items, items damaged due to customer handling, or items returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

All returns are handled via self-shipping only.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

After shipping the return, customers must email us:

A copy of the shipping receipt

Returns without valid tracking information and a shipping receipt may not be eligible for a refund.

Please use a trackable economy postal service.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return packages.

Cash-on-delivery (freight collect) returns will be rejected.
Inspection & Refunds

All returned items are subject to a quality inspection upon arrival.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Return Shipping Fee Reimbursement

Return shipping fees are not guaranteed and may be reviewed separately.

Shipping fees may be reimbursed only if:

The return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or incorrect item

The issue is supported with clear photos or videos

The item passes warehouse inspection

No defect is found after inspection

An incorrect or unrelated item is returned

High-cost courier services are used

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.

Cancellations requested before processing are subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover processing and payment fees.
Invalid Return Reasons
The following reasons are not eligible for refunds:

Buyer no longer wants the item

Buyer found the item at a lower price elsewhere
Submitting an order constitutes agreement to purchase under these terms.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
Opening a payment dispute while a return solution is already approved may delay resolution.
