Dent on the head cap. Also heating or cooling didn't last more than 12 hours.

but it was not delivered at the promised time. I had to wait for another week. they delivered it right after I canceled the order.

it arrived with a dent in the lid and stinks. The stink is from the rubber seal. I washed it out really well inside and out, along with all the parts individually, after which I verified that the inside of the vessel smells fine, the lid also smells good. The seal I have washed separately 3 or 4 times all in a row, and I really hope that stench is gone after it air dries hanging on a wire outside the house all night. I will soon see. I'm not very confident that it's possible to eliminate the smell of the seal gasket. If it doesn't stop stinking, the whole thing is useless as I do not have the ability to make one myself of a more suitable type of rubber, say some Buna gasket rubber. I know that it's available for use in food grade applications, and I can get it, but the shape of the gasket is impossible to replicate at home without the right machinery.
