Works as advertised, quality is fine, I like it. It's very strong coil, certainly not 5kg on the lowest setting, 50-100 is more like it.

It is well-made and seems to work just fine. This will be very useful for Crip strength. As somebody else pointed out 5 kg you need to have some good strength to begin with it. If you are a real beginner, find something that’s less than 5 kg to begin with.

Arrived OK. I didn't feel much difference in weight regulation, but maybe when you use a lot, over time the spring will soften and then this regulation wheel will make a difference
