Measure around the middle of your neck (at the Adam's apple), keeping the tape a bit loose.

It came small even though I ordered the correct size.
The child is 140 cm tall, but I bought a size 160 cm. It was a perfect fit!!
Very nice, but you have to order a size up because my child is 4 years old and I ordered sizes 3 and 4, which were a little too small, but everything else was fine.
